Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited

Thank you for taking part in our TFP shoot, which is being hosted on location for our event venue. This is a rare chance to make use of the historic private venue for use in your own portfoilios. With that in mind, here are a few points to review.

Only pre-approved of models and photographers are welcome to attend this TFP shoot.

​

 

• Models & VENDORS WITH PROPS: Please arrive on location by 10:30am to offload anything with you in the model prep room and do any dressing or makeup you need. Model prep room is on the second floor, models will be shown to the room upon arrival.

• Photographers: You may arrive as early as 10am to do metering and location scouting before the shoot begins.

• START TIME: 11am, we will gather and do a quick review and introductions before break out. Model releases must be signed, with valid ID check before shooting begins.

• END TIME: 5pm roughly.

To Review:

• Consent matters. No means no. Cosplay is not consent. Modeling is not consent. Photography is not consent.

• The TPF shoot is for commercial use photos that will be used in commercial marketing material for our events, and any potential vendor partners. A signed commercial model and photographer release is required before shooting begins, and publishing rights are granted to Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited. A legal ID is required.

• This is an adult-only TFP shoot. Some models will have a social media influencer engagement agreement as well, to be negotiated.

• Location is dress code enforced, business casual. Please, no street clothing like flip-flops or torn jeans.

• Free, secure, on-location parking.

• The on-location bar and food services will not be open at the time. Please bring a water bottle, any light snacks, and medical supplies needed for self-care.

• Models are to provide their own costumes, make-up, and hair.

• Locations and rooms we may shoot in are limited; please respect the space we are being allowed to use and remain on the first floor unless otherwise involved in the tea photos.

• Please be respectful and aware of other shoots taking place, and do not impede their work.

• The property is not to be damaged. If a model or photographer damages the property, they will be responsible.

• Nudity, sexual content, and adult themes are not welcome at this shoot. 

• A women's dressing room will be provided for models, which is located on the second floor.

• The venue and the TFP hosts are not responsible for theft or lost items. Please treat your items with care.

• Safety first, always. Models and photographers agree to observe safety respectfully and never do something to put themselves or others in harm's way.

• Prop weapons and props such as wings are welcome but should be handled with care. Real weapons are not welcome.

• Provided props on location are to be returned and are not to be kept. If damaged, please notify us.

 

These terms are not negotiable.

• Date: June 24th, 2024 (Monday)

• Arrive By: 10:30am , full start at 11am. Please arrive by 10:30 so you can bring your things in, and we can begin shooting at 11 am.

• Photo Review / Discussion / Introductions: 11am firm.

• End: 5pm.

• Parking: Please use the secure private parking on location, which is free. You will use the back entrance.
