Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited

It all started many years ago with a single movie: Labyrinth, and that amazing Ballroom Masquerade. The beautiful dresses, the luxurious location, and the magic of the story were so captivating. From there, movie after movie, TV series after TV series, and every fandom has been full of inspiring moments that we have fallen in love with and yearned to participate in.

For years, we have enjoyed supporting Renaissance Festivals, Conventions, and cosplay meetups as patrons and sometimes even working on the planning board. Over time, however, we noticed that, without fail, the biggest grand events are hosted far from the Midwest in locations such as London, New York, or Los Angeles.

What about those who want magical moments for themselves in places like Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and the Midwest? Don't we deserve our main character moments without traveling to a distant land?

After years of wanting to launch our event company, in April 2024, we finally launched Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited. Based in Toledo, Ohio, our mission is to create and host immersive fantasy events that are accessible and inclusive here in the Midwest. We have dedicated months to scouting many locations, meeting with entertainers, and more as we prepare to bring High Fantasy events to the Midwest.

As fantasy fans, we want to go beyond events in modern hotels with generic conference center rooms. We want to lose ourselves for a night in luxurious locations and tell a story everyone can participate in. We hope you do, too.
